A volatile perfluoroalkane loaded micellar emulsion. Its function is to facilitate the rapid development of products which require the addition of volatile perfluoroalkanes. These perfluoroalkanes interact with the surfactants in the product base to produce a continuous self-foaming effect. Foam character can be adjusted with surfactant blend modifications.
