PROCEDURE:

In main kettle, charge water and while stirring add AMPS Homopolymer until dispersed. Heat to 75-80C. Combine ingredients in Phase B stir while heating to 75-80C. Add Phase B to Phase A while stirring. Add Phase C continue mixing until homogenous. Begin cooling. Continue to mix using a sweep mixer while cooling to 30C. Add Phase D. Cool to room temperature. Package.
