PROCEDURE:
In main kettle, charge water and add with agitation remainder of Phase A until uniform. Increase agitation and sprinkle in Phase B, Phoenothix APT, until fully dispersed and a uniform gel has formed. Add Phase C while mixing until fully incorporated. Add Phase D and mix until uniform.
