PELEMOL® EC Ethyl Canolate Phoenix Chemical, Inc. 2.85
PHASE B :
COVANOL RED OS NA 3075 CI 15850 (and) (and) Octyldodecanol (and) Sorbitan Oleate Sensient Technologies 0.25
PHASE C :
Sandream Sachet MV Blue Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Titanium
Dioxide, Tin Oxide, Manganese Violet, Triethoxycaprylylsilane

PROCEDURE:

  • In main vessel, combine Phase A with prop mixing and begin heating to 60°-65°C until uniform.
  • Slowly add Phase B and mix until color is fully dispersed and batch is uniform.
  • Reduce temperature to 55-60°C and add Phase C.
  • Mix until uniform throughout.
  • Pour into small pots.

body and gloss.
PELEMOL® 6GPR 100% vegetable derived. Good
pigment dispersant and adds gloss.
PELEMOL® EC 100% vegetable derived, adds slip and
emollience.
