PROCEDURE:
Phase A: In side mixing vessel, combine Phase A and heat to 70-75°C, mixing until uniform.
Phase B: Charge Phase B water into main mixing vessel and heat to 70-75°C. Add disodium EDTA and extract and mix until uniform. While maintaining heat, add xanthan gum and mix until phase is homogenous.
Phase C: Combine Phase C in side vessel, heat to 70-75°C and mix until uniform. Add Phase C to Phase B and mix thoroughly. While maintaining temperature, add Phase A to Phases B/C with high speed mixing.
Phase D: Add Phase D to emulsion and mix until homogenous. Cool to 30°C.
Phase E: Pre-mix propylene glycol with Dry Flo PC into a slurry. Add slurry to emulsion and mix until uniform. Add preservative and mix thoroughly until homogenous while cooling to room temperature.
