The ingredients below in their proportions comprise Phoenix Chemical’s liquid hand soap formula utilizing a handful of our proprietary cosmetic ingredients.

Cola teric COAB4 (Cocamidopropyl Betaine) 3.50
Antil 120 Plus5 ( Peg-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate) 0.75
PECOSIL PAN-4181 (Steardimonium Hydroxypropyl Panthenyl PEG-7 Dimethicone Phosphate Chloride)
PHASE B
PECOSIL FDM-301 (Perfluorononylethyl Carboxydecyl PEG-10 Dimethicone) 0.75
PHOENOXIDE HCO-401 (PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil) 3.50

PROCEDURE:

  • In main kettle, charge water add all components of Phase A.
  • Heat to melt Antil 120 Plus while mixing until completely homogenous and phase is clear.
  • Begin cooling and add Phase B components one at a time mixing each until homogenous.
  • At room temperature add Phase C mixing until homogenous.
