PROCEDURE:
- Charge water and begin mixing with prop mixer on medium speed.
- Slowly add Ultrez-21and mix until uniformly dispersed.
- Add glycerin continue mixing.
- Partially neutralize with half of the TEA and mix until uniform.
- Place mixture under homogenizer and alternate adding Phase B and remainder of TEA.
- Homogenizing completely after each addition.
