Procedure:
In main kettle, charge water and carefully add, while mixing slowly, remaining ingredients of Phase A. Mix for 10 minutes. Add AQ Sodium Hydroxide Solution, 50% in small increments, mixing well and measuring pH, until pH reaches 4.0-4.2. Pre-mix Phase C in a side kettle; when mixed together, add to Phase AB while mixing (Phase C pre-mix will not be completely uniform, and will have lumps). Increase agitation speed and mix until fully uniform. Bulk will be hazy and have serum texture.
